Putrajaya Shangri-La Reviews
Great for business in Putrajaya or getting out of the centre of KL Dec 14, 2013
The location is perfect if your business is in the administrative capital of Malaysia - Putrajaya. The location is also good if you want to get out of the CBD of Kuala Lumpur or be closer to KL International Airport (KLIA) which is 20-25 minutes away.
I stayed here for 5 days, having organised a 5 day off site meeting for staff. The hotel staff were excellent in organising facilities onsite as well as shuttles to our offices in Cyberjaya.
The grounds are beautiful and make you feel like you are staying in a well manicured tropical park. The pool is a haven of tranquillity. THe gym is clean, but not that well equipped.
The rooms all have high ceilings, and balconies with the rooms overlooking the lake having the best view.
The location is a slight disadvantage if you need to travel into KL Central - a 40 minute drive (depending on traffic). However, if you are on a short lay over, you are only 20-25 minutes from KLIA.
