Pusan Vacation Guide
Busan is also known as Pusan in English. It is the largest port city in the Republic of Korea, the second largest metropolis and located near the very southern point of the Korean peninsula. Population in Busan is over 3.5 million and it is connected to Daejon and Seoul via the Gyeongbu Line's "bullet" train.
Busan has many parks, ocean beaches (which are popular in summer) and a very impressive seafood market known as the Jagalchi Market. As with any metropolitan area, there are plenty of good restaurants and shopping to be found.
