Thai Cooking School Jun 20, 2009
Learning to cook Thai food is so interesting and so much fun. The best thing about it is that it's so simple. All you need is the right motivation (not hard if you love Thai food like me) and the right ingredients.
I found this cooking school in the LP guide and decided to give it a go. The ethos is about 'lazy cooking', or quick and easy cooking. All the dishes took literally minutes to prepare and to cook making it enjoyable for any chef skills. You learn all about the fresh ingredients and why they are important, cook the dish and then the best part...eat it!
You leave with a full stomach, a real insight into Thai food and certainly the confidence to cook it when you get home. I would definitely recommend getting the cook book so you can do the 'lazy cooking' when you get home.
