Pulau Seribu Vacation Guide
Pulau Seribu is a cluster of small islands +/- 300 located on the north of Jakarta - in Java Sea.
The nearest one can be reached by speed boat around 30 min trip and the fartest one - Pulau Bira is located 100 miles from Jakarta.
Total area of all the islands nearly 11 times Jakarta (800 Ha), most of the small island are not inhabited. Some island even will dissapear if the tide is high.
One of the biggest and the most populated island is Pulau Pramuka - which is a district in Pulau Seribu.
Most of the villagers there are working as fisherman to supply fish/seafood for Jakartans

Indonesia is the largest archipelago consisting of more than 17500 islands only 6000 islands are inhabited.So this is the right country to go for the real island hopping experience!! I dont have any reviews since i dont like writing but I have tons of pictures of my island hopping trips.
