Puerto Viejo de Talamanca is a very small village at the Caribbean coast in Costa Rica. It is a very laid back place with nice beach bars to go out in the evening. Also it is a place for going to have a swim at the beach. Paradise in Costa Rica and only a few hours away from the capital San José.
The streets of this small place are mostly still sand streets which gives it an extra special feeling when hanging around this town. It is also a great town to do some excursions from, like snorkling, watching dolphins and more of these kind of excursions.
