Its actually on a little island called Culebra, off of the east coast mainland Puerto Rico. Its like a 1.5 hour ferry ride from Fajardo that costs like $4.50 or something r/t. Definitly worth visiting.

Wow I went to Puerto Rico in March but we stayed near San Juan - DID NOT look like that!! What side of the island is that on? I may have to go back!
