I can be short about Tucuman: the hostel sucked, the town was too hot and there wasn't much to do during the day. This was basically a stop-over town on my way to the parks of Ishigualasto (also known as Valle de la Luna) and Talampaya. It was a bit of a challenge finding out how to get there from Tucuman. I embarked to Catamarca in the passenger seat of my Mom’s cousin’s, Luz, car along with her son Gabriel. Shortly after leaving Chilecito we passed the Colorados, richly red rock cliffs and mountains, which the region is famous for. Here's the story. We're moving out of one apartment next week. Then we're going from Buenos Aires to Lima in 55 days. Then we're coming back to Germany and moving into a new apartment. There's a lot going on and the trip hasn't even started yet!
