So much to do in my home city! Here are some shots of mountain climbing and wine tasting (and sometimes both) all within two hours' drive of where I keep my guitars and baked beans (my flat in Rondebosch).

2002 undergraduate study abroad trip during my junior year at Pomona College. I spent 4 months living with several families in Botswana, 1 month assisting on a TB surveillance at a refugee camp I was living at, and finally 1 month traveling around neighboring countries, mostly on my own.

Spent most of the morning traveling from Port Elizabeth to Nature's Valley along the coast. Nice drive, The Garden Route, but be prepared. It is mostly a two lane road and there was much of it under construction which means that it was a ONE lane road. Wait times were fairly long but I was not in a hurry.Got in to my room around mid-day at Tranquility Lodge. I'll write a review as well but a very nice place. I recommend it if you'd like to spend a couple of night…

During the summer of 2004 I was one of 5 British people who went out to Africa with a 2,000 strong team of international volunteers to try and bring aid, help and hope. Our work included prison ministry, helping in orphanages, working in the hospices with people with HIV/Aids, children's work, door to door evangelism and working with the homeless.

My flatmate Tami and I booked a 21 day camping tour of Southern Africa and it was 21 days of camping, sweet memories, laughter, adventure, and breathless sights. We started out in Cape Town South Africa and from there we drove north about 450k to Ceres, South Africa. We spent the night at a wine farm in only heavens knows where. On the 26th we drove another few hundred kilometers almost reaching the border of Namibia. We stayed on the bank of the Orange River.
Thankfully we were able to swi…

Cape Town. Here i come. Cape Town is a nice city to stay with international people, energetic streets, pristine scenery, but risky nighttime.Originally, i was not supposed to go to Cape Town as i needed to spend
N$8xx for the bus ride. However, i was glad that i did spend a week to
come back down here.

After 1 years we had the change to go again to my favorite travel destination: South Africa.
My brother is living in the forest near Knysna, Garden Route.
My first time in South Africa was ’95 and traveled around for 3 months.
After that trip I went back almost every year and now we have a great place there.
If you like to know more about the travel opportunities, don’t hesitate to contact me…
