 Italian Style Pizza with a few twists Mar 30, 2009
Proto's: think date night pizza, not family night pizza. Most of there pizzas concentrate on clean, well balanced flavors such as the Pizza Margherita (tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil) or the White Pie (garlic olive oil, mozzarella and oregano). While there is something to be said for a wonder simple pizza (like these), sometimes you need some madness in your pizza. Try the Low Rider a "Blend of house made honey tomato chipotle sauce, topped with mozzarella, Polidori bacon, fresh pineapple and cilantro". It's great. The restaurant is also quite vegetarian friendly and has a nice local beer selection. There are several locations around the metro area if you don't want to deal with the city.
