Big, clean rooms, a very good location near "pub street" and reasonable prices are what this guesthouse offers. But their unique selling point differing them from other guesthouses is definitely their incredible friendliness and service.
After a long, sweaty and fulfilling day wandering around the Angkor ruins you're welcomed back with a big smile and a cold bottle of water. The staff is very helpfull and wants to make your stay as comfortable as possible, helping you with any information or assistance you might need. The guesthouse has a laundry service, can book tickets and tours and has bicycles for rent. There are A/C and fan double and triple rooms with cold and hot showers.
