We used Rome Connection as our guide in Rome, and then worked through that company to book similar private tours in Tuscany (Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra) and out of Naples (Sorrento, Pompei, Positano). I would highly recommend this tour company. They were on time, very knowledgeable, had nice vehicles, and were very responsive to us both before we arrived (email and telephone) and during the tour.

Our cruise ship pulled into port at Civitavecchia early in the morning and we met our tour guide for the day. Fabio had booked for us a private tour for today and, since it was raining, we considered delaying it for a day. An excellent salesman figured that the six of us were prime targets to sell a "go-to-the-front-of-the-line-and-have-a-private-tour-for-money". We were hooked and it turned out to be worth every euro (we won't think about how many dollars we spent-that's getting more depressing by the day). It was beautiful in many ways, as was the Sistine… Cuando a Roma!
