After class I slipped into the public library to drop off a few books where I discovered a traveling exhibit from the Smithsonian. Key Ingredients will make about six stops around the state over about a half a year's time. It is a series of panels that discuss different foods popular in certain regions as well as advances in producing, selling, and preparing food.

Sunday afternoon Becky and I headed to the southern stores in the challenge. Our first stop was my home store Scrappin' By the Bay (which really isn't on the bay). The big advantage to visiting here was that we knew exactly where the store was located (in the Safeway plaza).
I picked up some school-related items that were designed specifically for my high school (I think most if not all the scrapping stores carried products related to their local school districts) that normally ...

Hey guys. I'm leaving this Saturday to start my training. I'm starting to get pretty nervous. Not in a bad way, but I just don't really know what to expect. But I sure am gettin all packed up and readdy to go...just hope I don't forget anything, lol.
