Presidents Park
Presidents Park Reviews
Sep 02, 2007
This park is like an outdoor museum. It is made up of a sidewalk that circles around the park and all along the path is a 16-18 footbust of each U.S. President from Washington to Bush. Each bust has one to three small billboards that contain information about that president and events that happened during his term. I don't recommend visiting if you have small children. I did and they wasn't enough activities for them. I finally just had to take pictures of all the plaques with my digital camera and read them later.
It is a great place to learn about our presidential history. There are several guided group and theme tours, requiring advanced registration. |
