Prague is incredible. It's a short trip but enough to know I'll be coming back many more times!
Turkey is definitely not what I expected and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Cheatted as well. I was on my trip to Wien/Vienna, but the bus driver had to rest for 4 hours (because of his work time bla, bla, bla - you know - they have their own rights how long can they work in a row). So we planed the stop in Praha/Prag. It was in the evening or better say night - from 22 ti…

I stopped for a few hours (during my back way from Cairo) at my favorite city Prague. I made some photos in the new shoping center Palladium, cause I admire so much his amazing architecture with the accent of details by respecting the original characteristics of this building.
And the second part of this blog are the photos from Old Town Square to Charles Bridge.
Enjoy my walk with me.

If Prague was a person, it'd be one of those charismatic people who are charming without even trying and beautiful without even the slightest hint of arrogance. The city is indescribably beautiful, warm and friendly. The buildings and houses here gracefully follow the windy curves of the hills …

Niels, Oliver and I stuck together as we were all heading to Prague from Dresden and we were having a good time hanging out.I'm always up for a bit of adventure and I tested the water on the train as we neared the Czech border. The conductor/Immigration bloke came through to our car and asked…

Perhaps the greatest thing about living in the Netherlands is its centrality within Europe. In just a few, short hours, you can take a train to Paris, hop a plane to Barcelona or even bus it over to Germany. I had vowed to save my travel funds for the spring when I'm required to travel for two mont…

I arrived in Prague on the overnight train from Krakow. Most of the 9 hour trainride was spent trying to sleep in my cramped bottom bunk on one of the sleeper cars. After getting settled in my hotel and meeting up with Chloe (who was already in Prague), I set off to explore the city.&nb…

Prague was one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been to. It probably helped that it was Christmas / New Years, but I am sure the place is just as "magical" year-round. I had recently been to Paris for my first time, and was overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of the city. In …

And it wasn't for rain. The tourguides around Prague have umbrellas that they hold up, and since I'm playing tourguide for my parents...
I met them at the airport since I knew how it all worked. I got there ridiculously early, but managed to keep myself occupied...though I forgot to ge…

I went to Prague for a couple of days to meet up with friends last autumn. I had heard from many people that it was such a beautiful city so my expectations were high. Luckily for me, my expectations were not only met but exceeded. The centre of town has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site a…
