Pouso Dos Anjos Hotel Lisbon

I arrived on September 24 at this establishment with fond memories of being there three years ago. Well, it's not the same. I arrived from a rough plane ride, and was up most of the night drinking water. When I returned to my bed I found a BED BUG! That's right, a bed bud, who, by the way, had fed on me-nice, huh? I kept the lights on, for it was 2:30 a.m., and there wasn't much I could do. Half an hour later, I woke up again and found a "group" of bed bugs on the wall, heading for my bed. Needless to say, I caught them in a cup with water and showed them to the clerk. She gave me another room, but so what, the damage was done. The next day I left the hotel for another, and said I wouldn't pay the full price, maybe a reduced price if that. The clerk argued with me, and even raised his voice. He even insinuated that I might have brought the bed bugs to the hotel! I paid so that I could just get away, stating that this wasn't the last they heard of me! Oh, to boot, the place is noisy as hell, with guests slamming their doors.
