Pouldohan Lighthouse Tregunc Reviews
Pouldohan Lighthouse Aug 03, 2010
My pic does not make this lighthouse looks its best.
6 meters high, all white with the top painted in green, the square concrete tower lighthouse looked quite original to me.
While doing research about this lighthouse (I did not find much though), I found that the Pointe de Trévignon (still in Tregunc) had the same one!
Both were built in 1924.
Pouldohan lighthouse is located on the north side of the entrance to the Baie de Pouldohan.
With the port and the coastal path, it is a nice place for a walk. There are many birds all around. It also seems to be good for fishing from the shore as many people were doing it.
