Officially, Potosi is the highest city in the world with about 140,000 people at an elevation of just over 4,000m. My friend and I traveled from La Paz to Tupiza in an attempt to reach the town of San Vicente. This is the small mining town where the two american outlaws were killed by the Bolivian army.
