Potipot Island Candelaria Reviews
A 7.5-hectared paradise. Jun 22, 2013
If I swim from Uacon seashore to Potipot island, it will take me at least 10 minutes. That is if I know how to swim and the waves are moderately strong.
Potipot island looked so near. However, to get there, you need to ride a boat for few minutes. When you're almost on the island, the dark blue sea turns to turquoise green then slowly reveals the crystal-clear water with the soft, fine and creamy white sand. I'm sure you'll be convinced that you're already in a paradise.
A 7.5 hectare in size, Potipot can be walked around for a maximum of 30 minutes. Drift woods are all over the place. A top model pose is recommended here. Swimming, camping and snorkeling are among the activities there.
Entrance fee to the island is only 50 pesos and if its overnight, you will have to pay 150 pesos.
Potipot is indeed a paradise... I will surely comeback here!
