The cheapest Posada in San Cristobal Aug 31, 2009
Only 100 pesos the night for 2 persons, at 5 min walk from the Zocalo and the same from the bus station.
You can arrive at any time of the day and of the night, there will be someone to welcome you. Rooms are small, but really clean. The district is really quiet by day and night. There are several toilets and bathrooms in the hotel, shared with the other residents, but you shouldn't have to queue. They are rather clean. A CouchSurfer from Tuxtla Gutierrez advised us this posada as the cheapest and most comfortable he found in such a perfect zone.  Part of the Mexico - Summer 2009 travel blog |
