Posada Fin del Mundo
Posada Fin del Mundo Reviews
Oct 27, 2007
The cost of nice places here seems a bit higher, possibly because of its end of the world/southernmost city tag.
I would recommend this house to stay in, which is not a hotel, but a friendly guesthouse with 8 rooms, 5 mins walk down the hill to the main streets. Breakfast (from 8 am with a very refreshing freshly squeezed orange juice) and internet connection is included, but the helpfulness of the staff is very impressive and stands out. Ana, in particular, who looks after things for the owner goes out of her way to help, even lending me some gloves, which I failed to pack. The glowing reviews in the guestbook also bear the popularity of this place out. At the moment the rooms are either 70 USD or 90 USD per night (no credit cards accepted), rooms also have cable TV, although I suspect most people will not be staying in their rooms with all this amazing scenary to look at. There is also a friendly dog here as well. Part of the Argentina October 2007 travel blog |
