Portmachomack little town but worth to see Aug 27, 2011
Portmachomack, lovely little town at the North of Scotland.
If you ever would like to stay in very beautiful scottish port town, I would suggest you Portmachomack.
To get there you will need to fly to Inverness and it will take about an hour by car to get to Portmachomack.
Two weeks I stayed there and was never bored for a minute :)
I went to the sea for a fishing, I went to watch local footbal, I went to the local pub, I was walking around just to explore and enjoy the sights.
My boyfriend attended in Fisherman competition :) he won some award)) which was great.
We visited exhibition of the Gala Day... we saw Piper men performing, tasted local food, had lots of fun, saw local farmers exhibition... some amazing special cows and huge clever horses... Locals represented hand made stuff, like knitting, needleworks, handmade wooden statues, handmade hats...etc...
I had have lived sea food paradise there... Had lot of lobsters and crabs every day caught by Big Terry :) experienced fisherman cooked in different way. Delicious!!!!!!
If you like what I tried to describe, you would love Portmachomack life style xxxx
Go to Portmachomack once ;)
