Porterhouse London Reviews
Great bar and great atmosphere Feb 15, 2013
Porterhouse follows the same concept everywhere and even in the branch in Maiden Lane in Covent Garden, which is supposed to be the biggest bar in London, it still manages to stay local and cozy. I was there on a Friday evening and it was quite crowded but even though I managed to find a table to enjoy my evening at without too much of a hassle.
The place was really full but even so it was fairly quick to get a drink or a beer from one of the many bars that is located on every second floor. Drinks are fairly price and they have a fair amount of different beers on bottles. The waiters and waitresses are swift and friendly. Inside you have a lot of people removing empty glasses from the tables and shelves, so it always looks nice. The interior is built up in the traditional wooden and cobber style with loads of stairs, levels and earth colors.
