Port Olympic! Nov 13, 2008
The Barcelona Olympic Port is one of the most important in the city, today. There you´ll find beaches, the Catalonia History Museum, Rambla of the sea, and the Aquarium.
This area was born with the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. For this reason, a once abandoned area turned into building and leisure activities, business, and some of the most important tourism offices in Spain. A walk along the Olympic Port is tons of fun. You can enjoy their golden sand beaches, and in some, you can enjoy fun aquatic sports. The Catalonia History Museum is also a main place to see, the Palace of the Sea and the Aquarium of Barcelona in the Costa Brava. One of the most important in the world. Next to the Olympic Port you´ll find the Barcelonesa, a fishermen district made of narrow streets with the aroma of the sea. There is also a big shopping center with many restaurant with terraces on the water. So see you later, now i will enjoy the sun and have my lunch! |
