Mrs Singh is a delightful lady who cooks really well. She started cooking in her family kitchen in Punjab as a little girl. She was in and out of the kitchen to make sure that I had all the selection she was offering that day. Mrs Singh even said good bye before she went to temple. Her pleasant staffers are attentive, polite and very friendly. They treated me like a rock star. I always have her lunch special as I'm usually in the area shopping, getting my vehicle worked on and so forth. My routine is that I always start with a plate of her vegetables dishes with a bit of her goat dish. I don't know why but every time I have the Aloo Gobi which is basically cauliflower and potatoes it reminds me of the U.K. Bollywood type movie, "Bend it like Beckham." They'll give me a pitcher or a 2 liter glass bottle of water with my brunch. Then they'll bring a basket of nan fresh and still steaming warm straight from the oven and made from scratch. If you love fresh bread like I do then you'll enjoy the nan bread. I was enjoying my meal as I watched people walking through the rain. I'm one of those strange people that loves the rain. It reminds me of those tactical missions in the army. There is something about it that makes me feel alive. The sound of the pitter patter of the raindrops is like soothing music with my delicious Indian brunch. The various dishes and it's spices helps me remember how lucky we are to have the freedom to enjoy listening to the rain while eating a fantastic meal in the middle of the day. I take a little break then I get a second plate with a bit of butter chicken, a little more of the goat dish. The butter chicken is sweet and spicy. The goat meat is so soft and has a little kicker in the spices. Then they bring a couple pieces of tandoori chicken. Again the chicken is so soft combined with that tandoori spices. It's just so delicious. I can't describe the dishes other than it's like a symphony of yummy spices and flavourful dishes. If I wasn't in a rush I may have finished everything that they gave me. But I wanted some room for a little bowl of ice cream. I had a scoop of mango, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. If you can't pick a flavour you might as well have a little bit of everything. Then I finished the meal with a nice hot cup of coffee perfect for the wet trek home. The total price for all this all you can eat buffet served with great customer service is amazing.
