 A rude manager and a rude staff Jul 07, 2007
This resort needs a total staff overhaul starting with the General Manager, who I will not name. Let's just say that he is very full of himself, unwilling to effectively communicate and downright rude.

Let me start by saying this - we did have a good time! My boyfriend, almost 3 year old, and I stayed at the Polynesian because we thought it had what we were looking for. The reviews were mixed but the pics online and in magazines/brochures looked...read entire review at TravelPost.com
