 Great Location in Athens Nov 11, 2008
The location of the Polis Grand was easily it's greatest attribute. It was about a 15min walk to the bar district, 10-12min from some incredible restaraunts, and only 4min walk from the metro station at Omonia Square. The staff was incredibly helpful with nearly all requests. The rooftop restaraunt had a beautiful view of the Acropolis and Lycabetus. Although it was 8 singles there for the marathon it was still a romantic vista of the city that could be shared with great freinds. In the research for trying to find a place, the Polis Grand has received several great reviews. I'll add to that list of references.
