Long weekend in Krakow, beautiful city, friendly people, good food and cheap drink!
Visited Auschwitz and Birkenau; had to go there, even felt very sad and had so many questions unanswered, still are ....
I decided to put pictures but don't want to upset anybody; it's part of our living history and hopefully we won't do it again....well at least try, PEACE EVERYONE.

Our member (kamja) Kamila, recently had her review of the Romantic Park in Arkadia, Nieborow, Poland featured. The shot she used included a wonderful picture of an Aqueduct crossing a slow-moving and very reflective river amongst the trees of the forest. It is a wonderful picture. The only shame was that time had done its damage to the structure and had left it in ruins. This was just one of several photos of the Romantic Park.
I just couldn't leave it alone. I just had to rebuild the Aquedu…

It was very spontanious decision to go to Potsdam. I was thinking about a place, which is not that far - has something extraordinary to offer and it's good for one day trip. I went for my usual walk of a big city. I stumbled across a building covered in Nazi Swastika's, i thought that was a bit odd espescially in Poland so I went to have a closer look. It turned out to be a movie set and I can't to take a closer look.

don't know why, but this city attracts in some new, different wayme each time i get there. but what remains is the magnetism of Polish Catholic Chirches. i invite you to have a trip round Stare Myasto (the Old City) and have an insight to the Palac Krolewski (the King's Palace)

i came from Berlin,i wanted to visit Joren my belgium friend,an authentic traveler and citizen of the world,we are friends from our Erasmus year at Portugal,Joren was doing a International Master between Brussels,Vilnius and Wroclaw,and i went for new year´s day to see him 4 days,and to celebreate new year´s international Pary there.

This is were I will write about no tourist spot in Poland but really the country where the normal Poland life is taking place.
A nine hour drive from The Netherlands to Mogilno Poland. Just sitting in the car and taking a look the things I see in Germany when I drive through it.
