I arrived here very late, about 9:00 in the evening and was only trying to find a hotel.. Nothing found so again a night in my car...It was freezing cold! And I really hoped it would be my last night EVER sleeping in a car. (till now my prayers have been heard :D)

This is still Christmas in Poland and i leave for a travel. It's a bit unusual here, cuz this is maybe the most important day in the whole yearn, hmm .... meybe the second most importand, the really first one is the Christmas Eve! hiking / 6 days trip in 2007 in The Karkonosze (Polish) or Krkonoše (Czech), also known as the Giant Mountains (German: Riesengebirge)

A couple of my friends and I took a bus tour to Boleslawiec, Poland so we could buy some pottery! I had only lived in Germany for 2 months when we took off on this two day journey. We had no sleep and no shower but it was a blast! I didn't take many photos because it wasn't practical on the bus, the window kept adding a horrible reflection to the photos. I hope to return to Poland someday in order to do some sightseeing.

Before embarking on what promises to be the road trip to end all road trips, 4 of my home town (Oakville, Canada) mates will join me in my current city, London for some sight seeing and pint drinking. The road trip itself will begin once we've landed in Munich, as we will jump in our rental car and head East. What follows will be 2-3 weeks of sight seeing, food sampling, drunken debaucheries, and friends generally enjoying each others company in foreign lands.....
