For this trip i tried the wizzair flightcarrier because it has a lot of cheap flights to poland. I paid around 10 eur. for a fligt from dortmund to Krakow and i must say this is a very good value for money. Arriving in Poland it becomes clear that most of the communism is no longer visible. One disadvantage for WizzAir is dat they fly on Katowitch instead of Krakow but they do have a shuttle bus that takes you in 2 hours to Krakow center. Getting around:Krakow center is not too big. After another full day of work, a driver took me to the airport where I caught a flight back to London.

My first trip to Poland, 3 days visiting the historic city of Krakow

We spent a day walking around in Kraków. There where old and ugly buildings as we was expecting. But it was a special feeling to be there. We took some beers and then after a while we found the heart of Kraków I think.

Trip to Gdańsk and Gdynia to see Cutty Sark Races, nowadays known as Tally Races. Then I had this "Obsessive-Compulsive 'Can't Stop Taking Churches' Photos" thing. So- a little bit of sea and churches.
