Day 2: Plaza Sur - Sea lions, land iguanas, and gulls

Plaza Sur is a tiny island east of Santa Cruz.  There is no tourism allowed on Plaza Norte. On this island, we saw a huge colony of a lions, land iguanas, swallowtail gulls, and tropic birds flying by with long white tails.  I saw a swallowtail gull barf up a whole fish to its baby.  Unfortunately, I did not capture it on film.  What is it about animals mating, killing, or barfing that makes it so interesting to watch?
