Check in was easy, the room was a dump Feb 22, 2007
I stayed on the 7th floor. Barking dogs kept me awake at night. The room was old and "musty". The central air conditioning was noisy. The bathroom fixtures were from the 1960's era. I would be reluctant to recommend to my friends.
