Tonight we are staying at what was supposed to be another Best Western, but turned out to be a Plantation Hotel. It looks like a nice facility and the rate is decent so we checked in. A nice clean room with two double beds and wireless internet! Yippee!
We ate dinner at Cici’s, which is a buffet…

Plantation used to be the western expanse of Broward County. "Used to" be is the key word. It is big but now more central to the county's development. There are many residential properties here and the main streets are lined with commercial activity. But there isn't anything too unique about it.
