Mention Plano to anyone in the US and the first thing they will say is "isn't that where all the kids do heroin??" Well, there is much more to Plano than that!

It is located about 20 minutes due north of downtown Dallas by way of the Dallas North Tollway or Central Expressway (75). It is a wealthy suburb of Dallas. Where you are likely to find high school kids driving around in their Mercedes convertibles and moms in Range Rovers toting around their 4 kids who all play a sport of some sort. There isn't a restaurant you have ever heard of that you can't find in Plano, and Willow Bend mall will more than satisfy your craving for some luxury retail shopping.

Home to several Dallas Cowboys, you might see one jogging around the neighborhoods on Park. You will also most likely get confused about the fact that their are three VERY large senior high schools, yes this is just 11th and 12th grade, named Plano East, Plano West and just Plano. And if you get tired of all the trees, beautiful homes, and parks for your kids to play in, the big city is just a short drive away!
