Plae Bistro Green Bay Reviews
A Place to Laugh And Eat Jul 02, 2009
This restaurant has been a solid choice every time I have been in it. Whether I go for lunch or dinner, weeknight or weekend, I have not been disappointed.
The menu choices offer a nice range in price categories from lighter offerings to larger entrees. A nice wine list is also part of the mix.
The only thing I don't really care for is that the tiny bar is at the back of the restaurant and only seats a few people so meeting for a glass of wine before dinner is just awkward. It feels like you are sitting on barstools in the dining area --- perhaps that will improve once they expand.
Due to it's small size it actually doesn't really feel very intimate because the tables are so close together without a buffer or sound barrier like plants, booths or fabrics. Then again, it is similar in places like Washington DC where patrons are elbow to elbow.
Food has always been good quality here.
