My favorite deep dish is Pizzeria Uno. There are two down town and you can experience the city vibe while you are there. Get there early because it is small and you may have to wait if you go around dinner time.

I had pizza at the oft mentioned Pizzeria Uno on that Ohio Steet. The waiter was RUDE. I even complained to the manager about this. Besides that, the food was good. We tried the Deep Dish pizza. Just excellent.
After this, went to the FCUK store @ Water Place. They had a 40% off, We don't have… Chicago downtown and Evanston |

For dinner we went again to Taste of Chicago. Afterwards we walked through downtown Chicago and listened to a requiem in the Pritzker Pavilion . Finally we landed at Pizzeria Uno (the original one) where we sat outside and enjoyed a very reasonable priced bottle of Chianti.

Tuesday evening we (Markus, Tiffany, her boss Susanne and Susanne's children) went again to Pizzeria Uno to get our Chicago-style deep-dish pizza .
