This place is great for a relatively cheap meal in Old Town. They have a window that sells by-the-slice pizza for 10 Kuna, and also a seated area which sells pasta, salads, and of course pizza. The staff was very friendly, we were able to get tap water (for free). I would definitly recommend this place, Old Town is full of touristy restaurant traps with overpriced and only moderatly satisfying Italian food, Oliva was delicious and didn't break the bank!
