Pitt Meadows is a small municipality between Maple Ridge and Coquitlam. It is in the Lower Mainland, about a 45 minute drive away from downtown Vancouver. It is mostly known for farming, with tons of farmland through the back roads.

Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows minor sports leagues are combined to make Ridge Meadows and the 2 towns often feel like one, they are so close. At the moment the Golden Ears Bridge is being built to connect Langley and Pitt Meadows and when completed it will drastically change the town. As well they are currently adding onto the Pitt River bridge which will expand it greatly and ease on the morning and afternoon commute to and from Vancouver.

Recently a rather large strip mall was built with many new "chain" stores which has brought many people to this area for shopping. This town continues to grow year after year.
