 My favorite Falafel Jul 31, 2009
This is my favorite falafel place in NYC!!
When I was attending SVA a couple of years ago I was practically here everyday for a bite to eat in between classes. The food is so freaking good its addicting! its not a strictly vegetarian establishment, but there are PLENTY of delicious options for us veggie loving souls to choose from! My personal fav is the falafel pita sandwich with tabbouleh (no tahini) and a order of Mujadara. If you check the menu on their website you will see the list of traditional Middle Eastern veggie friendly dishes along with the prices. http://www.pitacitynyc.com/ The people working behind the counter are very friendly and there are a couple of small cafe tables for customers to sit and eat, but most people tend to get their food to go. again good good food!
