Pistas de Dinossauros Cabo Espichel Reviews
Bring enough imagination Sep 15, 2010
Cabo Espichel is located at the very tip of a peninsula south of Lisbon. Here the coast consists of high cliffs that follow a steep vertical line into the ocean. These cliffs are called ‘Pistas de Dinossauros’, because scientists have found tracks of dinosaurs here. There are some signs that suggest where you should look to see the tracks, but you still need a lot of imagination to actually believe you are looking at dino tracks.
If the weather is nice, Cabo Espichel is a great place to hike though. There are several marked routes and the landscape is gorgeous.
