This place is a darling.
I knew it the moment I saw the new establishment atop Pier No. 7. After all it's easy to get intimidated when the place is totally new and none of your friends have been to the joint. So then, Im resolved that one day Im gonna find out what's up there (literally up, bc you have to climb 2 staircases to get there. Alternatively, you can take the lift.) Pier7 is just wonderful, cozy and has a very relaxing atmosphere. On 2 sides are partial view of the harbour while you get the stunning view of the city skyline at night. Drinks are standard but they offer happy-hour promotion regularly and it comes with free snacks. The sounds are groovy 80s but not intoxicatingly loud. And the staff are friendly and nice. This bar is an ideal after-office getaway. Recommended for tourists and locals who wants an escape from the chaos of Lan Kwai Fong.
