Piccadilly Antigua Reviews
Trendy, Tasty and Plenty May 04, 2013
After a morning of walking the Mercado, I stumbled upon Piccadilly. Situated on a corner not far from my hotel, I took in the menu at the door. Prices looked good so I thought I'd give it a shot. Glad I did.
The restaurant is a nice mix of wood and art decor. A long dining area facing the street has an open feel. The waitress was prompt and the service good. I ordered the cordon bleu and enjoyed my drink. There are a couple of well placed TV screens playing videos to entertain you while you food is prepared.
My meal came out in reasonable time and was piping hot. I let it cool a bit then dug in. Tasty and moist for sure! I liked the flavor of the cheese mixed with the ham. One of my faves.
I watched the waitstaff bring out various meals: pizzas, huge nachos and fish plates. I could have tried them all! Pricing was about average. In the $6 USD area. Not a bargain, but good food, service and atmosphere.
