Phra That Chor Hae is a beautiful sacred temple of Phrae Province, which contains the hair of the Buddha (เส้นพระเกศา). The temple was constructed during the Sukhothai era, while the Buddha’s relic has an octagonal shape and is 33 meters in length with Chiang Saen (เชียงแสน) artwork style. The relic is padded in light yellow-colour gold, and it is also a relic for the people who are born in the year of the tiger. Tourists who visit Phrae Province will usually visit Phra That Chor Hae Temple to pay homage there, as it will bring good luck to the prayers and their family members.
