On the 21st we flew into Pheonix with Air Canada, which has really upped the customer service a notch. After my last bad experience with West Jet, this amazing (movies included) experience with Air Canada might make me go to the dark side. Vanmorgen zijn we om 8 uur vertrokken met een Hummer, de woestijn in. Omdat wij als eerste op de opstapplaats waren , mochten wij als eerst de plaatsen kiezEn. We gingen achterin zitten, omdat je dan het hardst door elkaar geschud wordt. Na een uurtje rijden (wat trouwns ergwarm was,met zo`n warme wibd in je gezicht steeds) wsren we bij de woestijn. Ha Ha Ha... so my aunt lives in Ahwatukee which is a suburb of Phoenix over near Chandler.  She lives in a really good location because when I go to visit her I can walk along the mile worth of shops and restuarants that line Ray Road. And at the end is one of the only 9 Best Buys in the country that have a photo center (which is cool because that's who I work for and I get a discount). by the way, it's now only a digital photo lab...they did away with film developing in all their locati…

I pick up where I left off in 2005 to complete 5 more countries in S. America. Then its onwards to Morocco, Middle East, the UAE, India and vicinity, SE Asia, and finally to Australia.

Jan 13 - Mar 7 2007. From -30C to 30C the next day... One $800 airpass = Kelowna BC (Big White), Miami FL, New York NY, Boston MA, Miami FL (again), Key West FL, St John's NFLD, Chicago IL, Whitehorse YK, San Francisco CA, (Vancouver: brief visit home for Chinese New Year's and to unload winter gear), Los Angeles CA, Phoenix/Tucson AZ and too many YYZ visits.

There is no direct flight from Tucson to Singapore.  There isn't even a direct flight from Austin to Tucson.  So to get to Singapore, I have to go through PHX and SFO!  Whooohooo!
