After our first nightmarish experience of taking a bus journey in Cambodia, you could forgive us for being apprehensive about our next drive to the countries capital, Phnom Penh. Although it was only scheduled to last 6 hours, we were not best pleased to be facing another journey just 4 days …

Though this is by far, smaller in scale. We were guided by a very nice lady, whose name I forgot already. We were …

I nervously joined
dozens of other travelers at the pier in Phnom
Penh early yesterday morning, and crowded on to the

Pouring down rain--didn't do a video clip until after dark. I'll upload a picture of the market instead. Too many creepy looking old white men skulking about. Loved the bus ride across the countryside... it's the rainy season and it seems like the entire coun…

In the summer of 2007, my siblings and I embarked on a three week journey through parts of Southeast Asia. Our travels began in Bangkok, Thailand and took us through Cambodia and Vietnam, unfortunately missing Laos due to time contraints.

Like the first horror film you ever saw, the Toul Sleng Museum of Genocide is an experience you never forget.Having bought my ticket I went to the nearest row in a U shaped block of institutional buildings. The scrappy pamphlet in my hand told me this place was once a school, before the Khmer Rouge…

One of the highlights of my whole trip was the journey down Tonle Sap and the Mekong on the fast passenger ferry. A lot of the photos here were taken from the roof. The day started earlier than it needed to so that the taxi could take us to a cafe and we could spend more money, and then we arr…

Phnom Penh has loads of beautiful temples, lots of friendly people and interesting food. The monuments and museums to the Khmer Rouge are difficult but a necessary experience.
