Okay so after finally getting in touch with Mummy bear, Daddy bear and Gran I flitted back to a nearby cafe for a nice hot drink while Lindsay was back on the beer, we sat there for what seemed like ages watching the world go by on Saigon's "Khao Sa…hotel but it was fully booked, so was the next, then the next, then the next, then the next :( GUTTED!!! After about 12 hotel checks and taking it in turns to watch the bags and hop out and check the rooms, we finally found one liveable… World Peace and Mardy Bums

Today was another long bus ride back to Phnom Penh.  Though I have been warned by Andy and Dimple that there is nothing much to see in Phnom Penh, still, I decided to visit the city as I was intrigued by it and found it charming when we pass…hotel and I just told myself I won’t be staying here long, just for a night’s sleep.   Then, I left the hotel and looked for something to eat.   I ended up at KFC as I was craving for a hot & spicy… Ang Pucha sa Cam Pu Chia -- Badluck starts @ $5

We had a full day in Phnom Penh to explore the nearby sites.  We woke up and went to look for some breakfast.  Actually we walked around for a long time trying to find something local, but in the end we ate at an Indian restaurant that too…hotel rooms again.  Since I thought the hotel room we stayed in the night before was too small and smelled funny.  So we walked around awhile and checked different hotels.  We ended up getting a really good hotel for the same price… seeing it all in Phnom Penh

You can’t help but feel sorry for the Cambodians.  Everywhere you step you see poverty.  The unfortunate beggars have limbs missing and you just can’t help but think about the bleak history this country has faced in its time. …hotel.   If it wasn’t for Lori questioning the pick up, the hotel would have made us miss the bus!   We were happy to be out of that crap hole.   Thankfully we got lucky on the bus and had the front seats… The Killing Fields

Arrggghhhh… This morning began with Lori pissing me off!  I’d packed up to go the previous night, but woke to the sounds of packing at 6:15am >.<  I got up and thumped her, and with her now unconscious, I slept until the 8am b…hotel.   Actually that’s a lie.   After being totally surrounded (actually channelled to walk through) a cluster of tuk tuk drivers.   We felt very claustrophobic and the price offered seemed a little unfair, so despite the heat, we walked to the hotel… The Worst Hotel Ever
