My mom treated us all to breakfast at Phil’s, and it was a great breakfast. My sister said that when you want to go out for breakfast, this is THE place to go. I can see why, as the food was really great, and very filling. And our server was good, too. And, of course, when the food is good and the place has a good reputation, there are a lot of people. Luckily, we hit it right and didn’t have to wait for a table. Not long after we were seated, though, did the place fill up very quickly, so be patient, as the meal is worth it.
