Philly's - Summerville - TravBuddy

A family owned restaurant, they serve the best Philly's in town. I've never had a Philly's in Philly. I've never been to Philly. But from what I've heard and read, they are just as good and some say, even better.

They have excellent pasta dishes. Their Lasagna is popular as well as their Spaghetti and Meatballs. They serve Philly Cheese Steaks of course. They have several varieties that you can alter a bit. Every dish here is made fresh each day.

They are extremely busy during lunch and dinner hours. The diner is very small and the work space behind the counter is also small. There is always a long wait for the food but it is well worth it. The problem though is that sometimes they get the orders wrong. We have been lucky to not have paid for something we did not receive. A few times, we received something extra we did not order nor purchase.

If you plan to have a piece of Philly while in the south, check this place out. Make it early and don't forget to check your order before you leave.
