My mum wanted to travel the west coast of australia for her 50th birthday. So, as expected we decided to pack our bags and jet oursleves over to the ningaloo reef/ coral bay for a weeks getaway. In 2007 i went on a 16 country adventure through Europe and Egypt :) Being my first massive adventure i booked alot of tours and took taxis in the beginning which i discovered i don't enjoy doing. By the end i preferred just walking around discovering things myself.

One of the biggest events in Perth! Situated in the skies above the Swan River this free two day event is almost a must see! Fantastic views from either the city side of the river or from South Perth. Day 1 is qualifying and tends to be a little quieter, day 2 is elimination day with far more excitment. Other entertainments include all manor of fly overs, aerial stunts and extreme kiting displays!
