Northern California vacation "AMAZING"...

The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance (classic carshow) didn't interest me and I didn't want to pay an exorbitant sum to see more cars. So I got dropped off in Monterey to spend the day there. No photos of Monterey as the camera went to Pebble Beach without me (with the others in our group). …

So, starting in Canada, the girlfriend (check out /RachelSpencer for more info) and I will be travelling round North America for about 4 months. We will be spending about a month in Ontario before crossing into America to spend 88 days (thus avoiding having to get a Visa) travelling anti clockwise round the edge, with our plan being to visit Chicago, Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, San Fran, LA, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Miami, Washington DC & lastly New York.

The first part of our trip will be North America. We fly to Toronto on 13th Jan, and travel anti-clockwise, stopping at various places on the way. We fly from New York back to the UK on the 9th May! Of course this is just a plan. It is quite likely that one of us will break a leg/get stuck in snow/fall down a waterfall, possibly even on the way to Gatwick.
