Pasha London Reviews
Definitely a place for House music lovers May 31, 2011
Pasha London is a European night club, that originally began in Spain and so it has that Ibiza sound. Which means mains the theme of the events held here is dance – every genre and type you can imagine.
The place was okay, the inside/layout similar to that of Cafe De Paris. As you enter the club, the many corridors and random sofas break up the scenery, centred around the dance floor. You will be subjected to a bag search and asked to show an ID to confirm age (FYI if you have any chewing gum on your person i suggest you either hide it well of be prepared to relinquish it to the bouncer). You have the option to pay £2 per item for your coat and whatever else you want to stored till you finish partying.
Black is the overall colour scheme alongside some nice features like engraved walls and oversized sofas, a warehouse-style dance venue, with stunning chandeliers. A huge gallery on the first floor overlooks the dance floor below and in the darkness; the lasers and smoke were quite an overwhelming combination. I was there for a fashion show and so was greeted by a runway right in the centre of the dance floor. The smoking area doubles up as the rubbish area; a tiny ally alongside the building so don’t expect it to be a relaxing break as it will be cramped with the staff squeezing past to empty the bottle bins. There was a queue for the smoking area.
I don’t recommend this club if you are planning to get drunk on a cheap night out, as the drinks are expensive, we bought three juice and vodka that cost £31, total... Then again this is the average price for most London Clubs.
This place will suit the house heads to trance addicts, first-time Londoners and tourists.
I would rate this club 3 stars, purely because of the music; it did not vary, not even once, which is a big negative for me.
